Metcom's in-house tooling department is capable of designing and building tooling to match your product to our processes and equipment. Many times we combine our processes to save you money. Our secondary operations include trimming, beading, spot and projection welding, riveting, and hole piercing. Metcom's equipment is of the latest technologies with CNC machines in our tool room, spinning department, and press room.
Operating in a 78,000 square foot facility, our 90 employees are dedicated to meeting customers' requirements. Our customers are located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, and South America. For your convenience, we have full EDI capabilities to cut down on paperwork and speed orders, and we can place Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) bar-code labels on all shipments. Our certification of QS-9000 and ISO 9002 has improved our quality and helped reduce the certification process with new customers.
